A Closed-Loop Polyester Platform

A Closed-Loop Polyester Platform

From Textile Waste
To Virgin-Grade Polyester

At commercial scale

Ecosis converts pre- and post-consumer textile waste into virgin-grade PET chips and yarn. Patented chemistry. GRS certified. No compromise on quality.

Textile waste is systemic.

The solution has been missing.

Textile production has doubled in the last two decades. The infrastructure to close that loop has barely kept pace.

Waste Accumulation

Most of it is not designed to return.

The Polyester Reality

Polyester sits at the center of this imbalance

~ 59%

of global fibre production is polyester

PET bottles

most recycled polyester on the market today comes from PET bottles.

Durable, scalable & chemically recyclable

it is rarely recycled back into textiles

The Differentiation

We Don't Recycle Bottles.

We Recycle Textiles.

Most "recycled polyester" on the market today comes from PET bottle flakes, a feedstock that does not address textile waste at all. Ecosis processes 100% textile feedstock: pre-consumer, post-industrial, and post-consumer garments, yarn, and fabric. This is the harder problem. We solved it.
